Hey all,
I hope my message finds you well and excited. With another month behind us, we wanted to provide you with updates on what we’ve been working on and our upcoming priorities.
In terms of the mobile app, we’ve just released version 16.0.0. I hope you share our excitement, as this release introduces a new Earn system. It allows you to purchase, sell, send, and receive interest bearing tokens such as STKeth and sDAI directly to your Nash wallet. This removes some of the overhead of our current smart contract system and simplifies access to stay true to our non-custodial spirit. Our wallet will now also identify these new tokens and provide accurate information on interest gains. Additional tokens will follow soon!
In this context, we’ll also be sunsetting the previous packages. No new deposits will be allowed; you will only be able to withdraw from them.
This release also addresses some difficulties our users have been experiencing. With the increase in new users, we’ve observed and resolved certain flows that needed improvement. Thanks to those who reported these challenges, and we hope you continue to do so.
Further, I’d like to highlight a new feature we enabled this month: device validation. Security is crucial to us, and this feature, as many of you have reported, aims to make your account even more secure. With this update, we ensure that only you have access to your KYCed account, and your IBAN is as safe as possible, even if someone finds your password.
On the marketing front, we’re continually improving. Systems are being polished, new channels are being tested, and flows are being enhanced. Adding new languages to the app is part of our effort to facilitate a smoother onboarding experience for non-English speakers. We’ve added a new language to the mobile app: Hungarian. In our next release (16.0.1), we’ll be adding two new languages: Romanian and Portuguese. We’ll appreciate your feedback on the translations to enhance the app in case our native speakers missed anything.
This month, we sought your input on Debit Card designs. Thanks to everyone who responded; we’ll consider your feedback in the final delivery.
